The Global Innovation Group is a strategy group responsible for the creative development and execution of long-term growth initiatives for Tonga Basketball and its partners, in terms of both revenue and participation. It is also responsible for creating a culture of innovation by equipping Tonga Basketball departments with the skills, mindsets and tools to surface and execute new concepts. It serves as a consultant and adviser to Tonga Basketball’s Senior Leadership Team on the strategic direction for the brand and on individual initiatives.
